1)内部加热元件产生(sheng)热能后,通过风机和联接管道(dao)将热空气吹入(ru)活(huo)性炭床,使(shi)活(huo)性炭床升(sheng)温(wen);
2)通过吸附工艺的活(huo)性炭在(zai)温度变化(hua)后,有机物从活(huo)性炭中气化(hua)解析出来,在(zai)风机负压(ya)引导下(xia)有机物通过脱附管(guan)道进入催(cui)化(hua)燃(ran)烧(shao)床再次升温并(bing)与填(tian)装在(zai)催(cui)化(hua)燃(ran)烧(shao)床内(nei)部(bu)的贵金属催(cui)化(hua)剂产生化(hua)学(xue)反应,有机物得到二次分解净化(hua)。
3)当催(cui)化床(chuang)温(wen)度抵(di)达250~300℃时,有机物即(ji)可开端(duan)反应,运(yun)用(yong)废气燃烧产生的(de)热空(kong)气循环运(yun)用(yong),反应后的(de)热量抵(di)达值时加热元件(jian)可以停止工作(即(ji)为无功率(lv)运(yun)转(zhuan)状况(kuang))。
4)活性炭脱附(fu)后的小(xiao)风量(liang)、高浓度有(you)机(ji)(ji)废(fei)(fei)(fei)(fei)气(qi)(qi)进(jin)(jin)入换(huan)(huan)热(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)进(jin)(jin)行换(huan)(huan)热(re)(re)(re),完(wan)结对余热(re)(re)(re)的回(hui)收(shou),换(huan)(huan)热(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)后通(tong)过加(jia)热(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)(选用(yong)(yong)多组(zu)电加(jia)热(re)(re)(re)管进(jin)(jin)行加(jia)热(re)(re)(re))对废(fei)(fei)(fei)(fei)气(qi)(qi)进(jin)(jin)一(yi)(yi)步升(sheng)温(wen)(wen),升(sheng)温(wen)(wen)后的有(you)机(ji)(ji)废(fei)(fei)(fei)(fei)气(qi)(qi)抵达废(fei)(fei)(fei)(fei)气(qi)(qi)在催化(hua)(hua)(hua)剂作(zuo)用(yong)(yong)下的起燃(ran)温(wen)(wen)度。废(fei)(fei)(fei)(fei)气(qi)(qi)进(jin)(jin)入催化(hua)(hua)(hua)燃(ran)烧(shao)床(chuang),在催化(hua)(hua)(hua)剂的作(zuo)用(yong)(yong)下,高温(wen)(wen)裂解(jie)成(cheng)CO2和H2O,有(you)机(ji)(ji)成(cheng)分得到净(jing)(jing)化(hua)(hua)(hua),一(yi)(yi)起有(you)机(ji)(ji)废(fei)(fei)(fei)(fei)气(qi)(qi)裂解(jie)释放出热(re)(re)(re)量(liang)使气(qi)(qi)体温(wen)(wen)度进(jin)(jin)一(yi)(yi)步升(sheng)高,净(jing)(jing)化(hua)(hua)(hua)后的尾(wei)气(qi)(qi)通(tong)过两级(ji)换(huan)(huan)热(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)完(wan)结余热(re)(re)(re)的回(hui)收(shou)运用(yong)(yong)。
